Despite the beauty of nature awakening around us, it is difficult to comprehend the alarming changes being brought on by the COVID-19 crisis, and it can all feel very overwhelming. During this unprecedented health crisis, we hope you and your loved ones are maintaining your health and vitality.

Here at Vital Plan, we’re responding to the crisis by adapting our safety and operational procedures and transitioning our team to work remotely as much as possible. We are pleased to let you know that Vital Plan is fully operational – and we are here to support you.

Vital Plan and our suppliers are classified as essential businesses under the U.S Department of Homeland Security’s COVID-19 guidelines, and as such we will maintain operations. Our team swiftly implemented new safety recommendations and protocols at our product storage and distribution facility in order to protect our staff, partners, and customers from the coronavirus.

We're Maintaining Order Fulfillment Timelines.

Incredibly, our fulfillment team has been able to maintain our commitment to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt during weekdays, despite the increased order volume. We aim to ship all orders placed before 12:00 pm (EDT) on the same day, and to ship all orders placed after 12:00 pm (EDT) the following day. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday ship out the following Monday.

Thanks to the long-term, direct relationships we have established with top global ingredient suppliers, we have been able to secure the ingredient inventory we need to maintain our product supply. Our production team has done an exceptional job managing ingredient orders amidst the turbulence and, at this time, we foresee limited out-of-stock issues as we work to fulfill our customers’ needs.

Some factors may be, of course, outside of our control due to the fluctuating global market and increased demand for herbal supplements. We will continue to keep our customers posted about any changes or updates that may impact our product availability.

As always, we prioritize our Subscribe & Save (S&S) orders whenever an out-of-stock situation arises. That means setting aside inventory to fulfill subscription orders, even if the item is no longer available on the website. Being a subscriber helps the Vital Plan team better project our order volume as we schedule our manufacturing and plan our business.
